Accounting Assistant/Entry-level Accountant

Responsibilities:
  • Billing
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable posting
  • Contract entry and evaluation
  • Spreadsheet evaluation and account reconciliations
  • Filing and scanning
  • Working with Purchase Orders
  • Handle inventory
  • Plan and organize company functions

Job Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Positive attitude with a committed work ethic

SENIOR TERRITORY MANAGER

We are currently seeking an industry experienced Sales Executive in Central Iowa, Western Iowa, and in the Southeast Minnesota areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales of MPS, Telephony, Camera/Monitoring, and IT Services.
  • Account Management, including thorough needs analysis and providing enterprise wide solutions.
  • Prospecting. You will maintain a consistent new business generation program.
  • Quota attainment of $35-$55,000 in sales revenue per month.
  • Prepare value-based, detailed proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain CRM and weekly reports.
  • Evaluate, review, and monitor current clients business activities.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams.
  • Develop solid business relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years successful track record selling office equipment or a closely related industry.
  • College-level education with a solid understanding of basic software applications.
  • A verifiable history of job stability and success.
  • A confident and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Have a proven track record and a strong ability to evaluate customer’s needs and sell technology.
  • Strong business acumen managing to performance.
  • Experience in accurately forecasting sales.
  • A proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary from $30,000-$42,000 DOE.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Executive Technologies, Inc. is a high energy, fast growing company and is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, with an aggressive desire to succeed. This is a fulltime, service technician position offering, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoots and Repairs client networks including: PCs, Servers, Routers, and Firewalls. Has a desire to learn.
  • Repairs and maintains office equipment.
  • Maintains good client rapport.
  • Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education, training with 1 to 3 years of experience related to technical/repair. We will train the right individual.
  • Understands Networks to a degree, Computers and Basic Software skills; also has the ability to quickly learn unique application software and explain its functions.
  • Customer focused with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and efficiently maintain proper functionality of equipment.
  • Ability to do moderate lifting.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Present a neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.
